Your healthy recipe 1: Açai Bowl

Boost your vitality throughout the winter

As a breakfast or as a snack during the day, this energizing recipe harmonizes extremely well with our Superfruit Morning Boost Tea and enhances the red fruit flavor!

Ideal for combating cell oxidation and energy drops, the açai berry is also reknown for its benefits against cholesterol and inflammation.

How to make a perfect Acai bowl?


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 teaspoons acai powder (available in health food stores)
  • 150 grams of red fruits (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 glass of almond milk

Mix all your ingredients gently in a blender. The texture must be smooth, but still thick (acai gives the thick texture). Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice: dried coconut, goji berries, homemade granola or muesli, flax seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, mango pieces, kiwi pieces, strawberries, almonds, walnuts...

Of course, feel free to vary the pleasures by changing the main ingredients or  the toppings. Here are a few ideas: replace almond milk by oat milk, coconut milk or coconut water and raspberries with other red fruits!
